Sirjan Iranian Steel Company (SISCo) affiliated to middle East Industries Development Holding Company (MIDHCo), was inaugurated in October 2009 with regards to strategic development and exploitation of steel manufacturing and other dependant industries. ARMANIK was responsible for the engineering, supply and commissioning of the HVAC systems' as follows :

Canteen
Kitchen
Challenges
Technical challenges (among other contractors)
Vulnerability requirements for certain systems
Sound level restrictions
Incompatibility of new equipment and control system with some existing equipment
Time schedule limit
HSE regulations
Scope of work
ARMANIK’s scope of work for the above project comprised:
Pre-contract
Co-writing technical specifications and implementing and calculating of load the HVAC system within the building and process design,site visit and general arrengement.
Post-contract
Complete design and engineering of the HVAC systems, followed by delivery, installation, commissioning, FAT, HAT, SAT activities.
System and process was constructed by AZAR TOP POUYA co in KERMAN province of Iran .

Among several smaller items of equipment, the following main equipment was supplied.
3x Air-treatment unit with control panel
2 x Chilled water plant with control panel and monitoring
